VEDA, in ancient Indian Sanskrit language means ‘Knowledge’. The knowledge of life, longevity and well-being is known as the veda of ayus, or Āyurveda. Our restaurant takes its inspiration from the ancient Indian tradition of Āyurveda. We aspire to offer our guests Indian cuisine that imbibes the Ayurvedic philosophy of consuming wholesome food prepared with a variety of ingredients, food that balances different tastes and is enriched with herbs and spices. Ayurveda also stresses that food must be prepared and consumed in a congenial and aesthetic atmosphere.
